My dearest Johnathen,
You are forever in my heart and thoughts daily. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't remember how hard you fought against Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. You were such a fighter and so strong. I am so proud to be your mommy and so glad you chose me. You will forever have a place in my heart and those around us. Our time together was way too short but worth every minute of your journey here with us. I remember the hours sitting with you and watching over you at the hospital, all the trying moments and all through all the progress that was made. In the end you answered your calling to be with the lord and one day we will be there with you. Until then you will always be remembered in my heart; I love you baby boy!

your baby boy is so beautifull iv just lost my baby to august this year to a little baby girl she weighed 2lbs 9ozs we held her funerall on 17th of august lets hope our to beautifull angels are playing up there in heaven xx feel free if you would like chat xx
